Hemp Phytoremediation Program Can Help With Gulf Oilspill Crisis

Wisdom dictates that especially when in a crisis, use effective solutions applied at the level of cause. Since our environmental problem is too much pollution, from the Gulf of Mexico to the Great Lakes, from Maine to Hawaii, the solution is to use strategies that effectively remove the pollution.
We all know that hemp was helpful in cleaning up the toxins around Chernobyl, and with a bit of planning by a mastermind alliance, can be used to clean up the environmental mess again.
An immediate end to hemp prohibition will allow us to use this biomass champion in a hemp phytoremediation program.   "Phytoremediation can be defined as the decontamination of soil, sediment or water using plant growth. Industrial hemp, Cannabis sativa L., is renowned for its ability to grow rapdily. In one growing season, fibre hemp can yield 250 to 400 plants per square metre, with each plant reaching up to 5 metres in height. As a result, hemp has been identified as a plant with the potential to serve as a phytoremediator."
The same way hemp was used to clean up the toxins around Chernobyl, we should be using hemp to clean up the toxins from the Gulf of Mexico "oil spill" (more like a volcano) and other environmental crisis situations.
February, 2000: Chernobyl (Ukraine)  - Using Plants To Clean Soil
"Phytoremediation is a process that takes advantage of the fact that green plants can extract and concentrate certain elements within their ecosystem. For example, some plants can grow in metal-laden soils, extract certain metals through their root systems, and accumulate them in their tissues without being damaged. In this way, pollutants are either removed from the soil and groundwater or rendered harmless."
"In 1998, Phytotech, along with Consolidated Growers and Processors (CGP) and the Ukraine's Institute of Bast Crops, planted industrial hemp, Cannabis sp., for the purpose of removing contaminants near the Chernobyl site. Cannabis is in the Cannabidaceae family and is valuable for its fiber, which is used in ropes and other products...
Overall, phytoremediation has great potential for cleaning up toxic metals, pesticides, solvents, gasoline, and explosives. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) estimates that more than 30,000 sites in the United States alone require hazardous waste treatment. Restoring these areas and their soil, as well as disposing of the wastes, are costly projects, but the costs are expected to be reduced drastically if plants provide the phytoremediation results everyone is hoping for."

To understand how to use hemp to solve our environmental problems, read the book HEMP FOR VICTORY: A GLOBAL WARMING SOLUTION by Richard M. Davis, founder and curator of the USA Hemp Museum.

So let's end hemp prohibition now and form a mastermind alliance to use hemp to help us solve our problems now.  HEMP FOR VICTORY!

HEMP FOR VICTORY: A GLOBAL WARMING SOLUTION

HEMP FOR VICTORY A GLOBAL WARMING SOLUTION
READ THIS BOOK LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT
IT DOES!!!

By Richard M. Davis, Founder & Curator
USA Hemp Museum www.hempmuseum.org

In recent reports by the world's top environmental scientists, the only thing listed that mankind can do to have an impact on global warming is to reduce the excess CO2 levels from the air.  Leaders from China, the United States and other nations are at least saying they are committed to fixing the problem with solutions that actually work.

The USA Hemp Museum's Founder and Curator, Richard M. Davis wrote HEMP FOR VICTORY A GLOBAL WARMING SOLUTION to explain how to use hemp to solve the problem of climate change.

Davis said "A critical, international state of emergency has been declared by many of the top scientists in the world about global warming. This week the leaders of China and the US spoke of the need to address climate change.  IT'S REAL!!!

To help save ourselves from the ravages of global warming, we must grow massive quantities of hemp all over the world to clean the air and provide bio fuel."

Covered in Davis' book are:  the problem of global warming, benefits of hemp, land use and availability, financing with a hemp tax, restoring the family farm to grow hemp, seeds, irrigation, growing techniques including hemp as a wind (vs. disappearing bee) pollinated plant, harvesting, processing, replacing toxic energy, how to use existing energy distribution systems for hemp fuel, and other benefits from re-hemping the earth.

Among the things you will learn in this book are:

Hemp is biomass champion, breathing in more carbon dioxide (the most abundant greenhouse gas) than any other plant. Hemp scrubs the air of excess CO2 gas - a contributing factor in global warming - as it grows.  Growing massive amounts of hemp - like what was done in the World War II HEMP FOR VICTORY program - can radically reduce the amount of CO2 gas in the atmosphere.

This carbon dioxide is turned into wood and fiber by photosynthesis.  Hemp wood takes the pressure off our forests, a great source of oxygen, by making paper and building materials like pressboard from hemp rather than wood.

When used as bio fuel, hemp replaces toxic with clean energy.  Whatever toxic energy can do, hemp can do better. Hemp does not pollute while it's powering everything that uses electrical current, including the power plant that produces electricity.  Hemp bio fuel can be processed to run any engine, heat or cool any building, run any factory, and eliminate the pollution that comes from modern energy sources.  Remove the cause, pollution, and the effect, global warming can at least be reduced, if not healed.  Hemp is also a champion at scrubbing the air as it grows of excess CO2 gas as it grows.

In HEMP FOR VICTORY: A GLOBAL WARMING SOLUTION scientist and hemp master Davis teaches about hemp fuel, land use and availability, financing with a hemp tax, restoring the family farm to grow hemp using at least 10% of unused federal land, seeds, irrigation, growing techniques, harvesting, processing. This book is based on the decades of research presented from the USA Hemp Museum™'s Bio-Fuels room. The Museum is also developing a HEMP FOR VICTORY plan to provide farmers with interactive growing and market information.

Hemp's Peace Pipe Helps Reduce Crime

For centuries we've known that when the problem is violence the solution is the peace pipe and the unique opportunity it gives us to create balance to differences. The US  government, in an effort to support large corporations including Prison, Inc., made the peace pipe illegal and has thrown millions into jail for interacting with a plant.  The desired violence has generally grown, until now.

Though there are many problems with the states medical marijuana law, primary being one has to be sick and rich enough to afford a doctor to legally consume hemp.  Hemp's healing ability is legally denied to the poor and broke, the slavery system still firmly in place.

However, enough folks have access to medical grade hemp that we are seeing some astounding trends in crime statistics during these difficult economic times.

NORML reported:

Property Crime: (-3.87%) Burglary: (7.38%) Larceny: (-5.78%) Vehicle Theft: (-11.97%)

With the exception of the occasional dispensary robbery, there is no evidence to show an increase in crime with direct connection to medical marijuana dispensaries. Even with these robberies in mind, it stands to question why any place is robbed.

After analyzing the numbers, it seems strange that anyone would try to say medical marijuana causes any crime. If anything, the data shows quite the opposite. "

Hemp Can Help Us Solve Our Problems Now!

A Peaceful Solution: Hemportunities

The above video is part of Willie and Amy Nelson's A PEACEFUL SOLUTION project. The video features Robert Anton's powerful gosped rendition of the song set to images from the successful Showtime Television series Weeds.

Hemp Can Help Us Solve Our Problems Now! Cannabis sativa, marijuana, ganja, by whatever name, whatever grade or function of the hemp plant, this weed is key to us saving ourselves.

Below is a wonderful email recently received by the USA Hemp Museum, Richard M. Davis, founder, curator and author of the book HEMP FOR VICTORY: A GLOBAL WARMING SOLUTION . Though written in the first person of Arkansas, USA, it applies everywhere.

From Reverend Howard Baker of Pine Bluff on how hemp can help us solve our problems now.

"The question of a recession for Arkansans could be simple, with an economic explosion for our State that would be unprecedented.

A woody plant with such promise awaits the willing!

This plant can produce products such as apparel, fabrics, bags. shoes, jeans, cordage, netting, canvas, carpeting, geotextiles, biochemicals, non-wovens, pultrusions, compression, molding, fiberboard, insulation, hempcrete, animal feed and bedding, mulch, boiler fuel, chemical absorbent, printing, cigarette, filters, newsprint, packaging, cardboard, bread, granola, ice cream, milk, cereals, protein powder, flour, biomass ethanol, erosion control, crop rotation, salad oils, EFA foods, Margarine, saute oil, soap, shampoo, hand cream, cosmetic, lip balm, oil, paint, solvents, varnishes, lubricant, inks, coatings, diesel fuel, and much more that could be mass produced right here in Arkansas.

A recreational tax on this plant could generate enough revue to fund health care are all Arkansans.

The Global implications this plant can provide makes it a moral imperative to enact into our economy.

Ending our dependency on foreign oil, stimulating our local economies, helping to stop carbon emissions are but a small fraction on what this plant has proven it can help do.

So hesitate no longer in saying legalize cannabis sativa l.

Recession?

I say not!

Reverend Howard Baker

Thanks Rev. Baker.

Let nature be nature and remove all restrictions from the hemp plant.

Let us continue to pray and meditate (prayertate) .............

How Can Hemp Save The Gulf of Mexico?

It's been reported that the corn boom could expand the ‘dead zone’ deeper into the Gulf.
According to the Associated Press on MSNBC-TV:

"The dead zone typically begins in the spring and persists into the summer. Its size and location vary each year because of currents, weather and other factors, but it is generally near the mouth of the Mississippi.

This year, it is the third-biggest on record. It was larger in 2002 and 2001, when it covered 8,500 and 8,006 square miles respectively.

Soil erosion, sewage and industrial pollution also contribute to the dead zone, but fertilizer is believed to be the chief factor.

Fertilizer causes explosive growth of algae, which then dies and sinks to the bottom, where it sucks up oxygen as it decays. This creates a deep layer of oxygen-depleted ocean where creatures either escape or die."

Hemp bio fuel can help restore life to the Gulf of Mexico's dead zone.
How? Hemp, an effective, clean energy source does not need pesticides to grow. The removal of pesticides used in growing corn by growing hemp instead would remove the cause of the over 8,000 square miles of "dead zone" recorded in the Gulf.
We are killing the Gulf with our policy that's investing in corn energy, rather than safe, effective, clean low cost hemp bio fuel. The situation is too stupid for words.

The United States federal government is now, 50 years into the global warming drama, recommending we use a food source, corn, to make bio fuel for energy. The result, the Gulf has a record size dead zone, a place where nothing can live. Food prices are rocketing because we are using our main food source for energy. The green back is a pale shade of yellow in light of $100 a gallon toxic energy price.

That's just stupid.
Let's go back to Hemp 101 and Save Ourselves
Written by Willie & Amy Nelson

Because toxic chemicals are not required for hemp's growth or processing, no toxic chemicals from corn growth, the cause of the dead zone, are released into the Gulf.

Hemp is a sturdy, wind pollinated weed that grows wild in nature. Despite the illusion of industrial, medical and leisure hemp use, simply, hemp is one plant in various grades. Hemp is relatively easy to grow, can grow up to 4 crops a year, and is four times more energy efficient than corn as bio fuel.

Hemp oil burns clean and can do anything toxic gasoline does (except kill us - zero deaths from hemp - ever). Hemp oil can also be used in plastics. If you have not yet checked out Zelfo, see what hemp plastics can do for you.

Hemp pellets burn clean in power plants. In California there are over 30 such energy plants ready to burn hemp bio fuel. Unlike nuclear, there is no danger of a hemp meltdown.

Hemp is the Lord's solar collector that transforms solar rays into 50,000+ useful products including strong building materials, paper, fabric, oil, food, etc. Hemp converts sunlight into clean energy to run our cars and heat/cool our homes, etc.

Hemp, solar, hydro, wind, magnetic and other 100% clean energy sources that don't pollute the land, water or air are the only energies that should be legal. That which is toxic should be immediately outlawed for energy use. Our lives depend on this radical, though simple change.

Hemp would help restore the family farm, especially if we deeded family farmers a portion of unused federal land for the purposes of growing hemp. The federal government could make available at least 10% of federal land (approximately 65 million acres) for the purposes of growing hemp. The ancillary resource material can empower a lot of small businesses and job opportunities, "Hemportunities," like the transformations from "drug dealer" to tax paying "Hemp Merchant."

P L E A S E!!! Do what you can to shift energy policy away from toxic practices and onto safe, clean energy sources, including with hemp.

Any energy policy that includes toxic energy should be vetoed at the citizens level.

For more information on how to use hemp to help solve the problem of Global Warming I urge you to read HEMP FOR VICTORY: A GLOBAL WARMING SOLUTION by Richard M. Davis, Founder and Curator of the USA Hemp Museum, a private museum with a virtual wing. Read that book like your life depends on it. It does!

Hemp: The Old School Solution to 21st Century Problems

Please support the Industrial Hemp Farming Act, featured in the above video.

The USA Hemp Museum, founder and curator Richard M. Davis, author of HEMP FOR VICTORY: A GLOBAL WARMING SOLUTION, is proposing a Hemp Solutions Division of Dennis Kucinich's proposed Department of Peace.

Why Hemp? The majestic hemp plant, with its many grades from industrial (50,000 plus uses) to medical (a 5,000 plus year old track record for healing sick folks without one toxic side effect) is nature's tool for us to save ourselves.

Hemp can help clean up our environment, restore justice, reduce violence, and put the green back in greenback with a farm based financial system instead of the smoke and mirrors modern market structure passing for the American economy.

Listed below in no special order are issues, problems and hemp based solutions that are either illegal or radically under funded. Either way, if you will help hemp become legal, hemp can help us save our lives.

Please add your ideas to the list.

1. GLOBAL WARMING

Problem: Global warming from excess CO2.

Solution: Hemp, the biomass champion scrubs the air of excess CO2 as it grows. Grow hemp on at least 10% of unused federal land and we can reverse the process of global warming at the level of cause and effect.

HEMP FOR VICTORY: A GLOBAL WARMING SOLUTION is the first book in the series HEMP FOR VICTORY by Richard M. Davis where he explains chapter and verse how to use hemp to solve the problem of global warming.

2. ENERGY

Problem: Polluting Energy i.e. oil, nuclear, coal, gas, etc. is overpriced and creates large amounts of pollution or, in the case of nuclear energy, dangerous waste.

Solution: Non-toxic, clean hemp, solar, hydro, wind and magnetic energies.

3. VIOLENCE

Problem: War and other Violent Crimes

Solution: Hemp peace pipes and biofuels, “No war required.”

Hemp 2 lb. Solution. Everyone gets 2 lbs of medical grade hemp.
One 1 lb is for their personal stash, the other to be consumed with their “enemy.” Discuss and implement peaceful solutions, like the ones on Willie and Amy Nelson's A Peaceful Solution site. Repeat as needed.

4. HEALTH

Problem: Health Care crisis.

Solution: Use hemp as a stress reduction, cell harm communication, tumor reducing and nutritional enhancement therapy to reduce the need for health care.

Problem: Overpriced, ineffective medicines with toxic side effects.
Solution: 5,000 plus year old effective, inexpensive, medical grade hemp to help treat hundreds of conditions successfully. Zero mortality rate from hemp.

Consider taking hemp leaf pills with CBD.

Problem: Tumors

Solution: Hemp helps reduce tumors without the toxic side effects.

5. POVERTY

Problem: War on Poverty. Lack of legal economic opportunities for people to prosper.

Solution: Hemp For Victory farms, business opportunities and jobs for those in need of economic opportunities.

6. HUNGER

Problem: Inadequate, overpriced, radiated, toxic food supply.

Solution: Hemp foods, a delicious, nutritional and easily renewable healthy food source that can be grown almost anywhere, indoors or out, up to 4 crops a year.

7. GENETICALLY MODIFIED FOODS

Problem: Genetically modified foods – possible cause of Morgellons disease

Solution: Hemp food grown from organic hemp seeds.

8. ECONOMY

Problem: Failed economy based on smoke and mirrors.

Solution: Hemp puts the green back in greenback. A hemped economy restores the family farm as the center with plenty of opportunity.

9. PLASTICS

Problem: Plastics polluting the environment.

Solution: Make plastic items from non-toxic bio degradable hemp seed oil and make bags from hemp fabric.

10. TOXIC CHEMICALS IN FABRICS & BUILDING MATERIALS

Problem: Toxic chemicals used in fabric & building materials production cause cancer, asthma, etc.

Solution: 100% organic, non-toxic hemp fabrics and building materials. Check out Zelfo for building materials

11. HOMELESSNESS

Problem: Homelessness and Inadequate Housing

Solution: Use hemp building materials for strong, affordable new age housing. Help establish home based computer businesses in families who need an income to pay for their hemp house.

Build modular, pre-fab buildings from hemp, house-in-a-box style with everything made from hemp and nails. These structure boxes can be delivered quickly to areas where housing is needed. There is a lot of empty land in America.

12. DISAPPEARING BEES

Problem: Disappearing Bees and the impact on our food supply.

Solution: Supplement bee pollinated with wind pollinated foods like hemp.

Grow hemp in place of plants that use toxic chemicals in case it is the pesticides that are chasing them away.

13. WATER POLLUTION FROM PAPER MAKING

Problem: Water Pollution from paper making is killing river life and impacting on the quality of our water supply.

Solution: Hemp paper making does not pollute water nor require trees.

14. JUSTICE/PRISON, INC.

Problem: Large Prison population.

Solution: Free all non violent and non-DNA verified prisoners with ample support to rebuild their lives.

15. RESTORING FREEDOM

Problem: Loss of freedom due to government greed.

Solution: Restore freedom. Let Uncle Sam smoke a joint and get over himself.

16. STUPID GOVERNMENT

Problem: Hemp a peaceful solution to many of our problems, is illegal.

Solution: Re-legalize hemp.

Support and elect pro-hemp candidates.
