Federal prosecutors not to target medical marijuana users and distributors

"October 19, 2009, 10:12AM
WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Obama administration will not seek to arrest medical marijuana users and suppliers as long as they closely conform to state laws.

...Two department officials described the new policy to The Associated Press, saying federal prosecutors will be told it is not a good use of their time to arrest people who use or provide medical marijuana in compliance with state laws."

NORML reports that the states where medical hemp is legal is where you can light up with a doctor's note.

The ceiling is shattered. Hemp's about to be legal because it's not a good use of the justice department's time.

Remember, the biggest difference between the US and China's economies is hemp is already legal in China.  For more on the economics of hemp come on by the USA Hemp Museum and check out Volume 5 - HEMP FOR VICTORY: THE TRILLION DOLLAR CROP
