An open post to the Prime Minister of Japan

Dear Prime Minister Shinzo Abe,

Please consider entombing Fukushima in layers of hemp concrete,  lead/tungsten, with a hemp plastic exterior built using 3D / 4D printers suspended from a shielded gantry. Also, consider planting the radiation eating mushrooms identified by the Albert Einstein Institute at the Chernobyl site. Line the radioactive water pools in the same materials configuration that scientists calculate.  For the cancers that come from increased radiation exposure, offer citizens the alternative healing therapy of  medical marijuana like Rick Simpson's cannabis oil and nutritional hemp foods.
