Excerpt from the 55 minute documentary, "Hemp and the Rule of Law" chronicles the movement to legalize the growing of hemp for American farmers. Today, it is under the control of the Drug Enforcement Administration, who call it marijuana. The U.S. is the only industrialized nation to outlaw the crop.
